This means you can contribute to our creative projects from anywhere, all while maintaining a healthy balance between your volunteer work and personal life. Minimum Age
Require minimum age of 18, yet options exist for younger volunteers with parental consent or in specialized youth programs or in need of community hours.
Time Commitment
Please indicate your planned commitment duration; we value your time and appreciate knowing how long you intend to volunteer. Volunteer projects are self-paced with deadlines to meet. Join us for flexible opportunities where you can contribute according to your schedule.

In certain roles, we may request references from past volunteer experiences, employers, or individuals who can attest to your character and reliability, aiding us in gaining a deeper understanding of your qualifications.
Commitment to the Mission & Values
We also require your commitment to advancing a better digital world. It's crucial for volunteers to align with our organization's mission and values, as shared perspectives enable us to promote the growth of our programs and initiatives.
Headshot
A headshot is strongly encouraged as it serves as a powerful symbol of unity and empowerment within our community. It showcases the diverse strengths, camaraderie, and collective dedication of our volunteer team. Given NCM's remote nature, these headshots play a crucial role in fostering connection and belonging among volunteers while visually representing our shared commitment to making a positive impact.
Training
Must be open to participating in some orientations, training sessions, modules, and/or team meetings throughout their activities volunteering with NCM. These sessions are essential for providing volunteers with the skills, knowledge, and support necessary to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to our mission.
Embracing Technology
We require volunteers to utilize various applications and new technologies that facilitate communication and community engagement, such as downloading Meta Workplace, Work Chat and utilizing Google platforms, among others, as we continue to evolve.
Fostering Inclusive Communities
Volunteers must demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering an environment where all individuals feel respected and valued regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs.
